Coffee Bar
From day one coffee has been the cornerstone of what we do. Delicious, reasonably priced coffee without all the pretension that has inundated the coffee world. Coffee should be simple, tasty, and for everyone. We currently work with Subjective Coffee in Westminster, Colorado, to locally roast small batches of ethically sourced beans to maintain freshness and integrity.
We serve everything from drip to espresso to French press. We make lattes, mochas, teas, matcha and a rich spicy chai from our own recipes.
We also have vegan and vegetarian breakfast burritos, rich and delicious breads, deserts and other treats from Immaculate Confections, locally bottled juices, kombuchas, and energy drinks. We also have whole bean coffees on our on-line shopping cart.
Our daily brew, roasted in small batches, by Subjective Coffee in Westminster, CO, for Mutiny Information Cafe. Blended for those that wake up to the sounds of the train and get moving. A seductive blend of coffees from the Indo Isles and East Africa, this blend offers a bright and juicy acidity, balanced by soft and sweet mouthfeel (or body).
